Exchange and Return Policy

At Karnaya, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Given the handcrafted nature and premium quality of our luxury women's traditional clothing, we have a specific return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the integrity of our products.

Return Policy:

We offer a 5-day window for return requests, starting from the day you receive your item. However, returns are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on subjective preferences or aesthetic judgments. Each product is carefully crafted to match the descriptions and images on our website, ensuring that you receive an item identical in functionality and specifications to what you see online. Cancellation Policy:

At Karnaya, we strive to process orders efficiently and do not encourage cancellations once placed. However, we consider the following scenarios:

Size Mismatch:

If the size doesn't fit, customers can request an exchange. Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects. We understand that everyone's measurements are unique, and while we follow standard guidelines in manufacturing, we're here to help you find the right fit.

Duplicate Orders:

If a customer unintentionally places the same order for the same product and quantity within 24 hours.

Timeframe:

Cancellation requests are accepted only within 12 hours of order placement. No cancellations will be entertained once the orders are shipped.

Exchange Policy:

We facilitate exchanges under the following circumstances:

Incorrect Product:

If a wrong product is shipped.

Damaged Product:

If the received product is damaged and the same product is out of stock.

Refund Process:

Refunds are processed for canceled orders and received damaged orders only. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days from the date of confirmation.

Note: Our exchange and returns policy is applicable exclusively for orders placed on our official website. For orders from other platforms, please refer to the respective instructions provided.

Additional Information:

For incorrect orders, we offer free exchanges or full refunds. A reverse shipping fee of ₹400/- applies for correct orders, deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange Process:

The exchange process may take 5-7 working days, considering pickup and delivery logistics. Refunds require a wait period of at least 3-5 days after verification by our QC team.

  • Photos of the received product from different angles are mandatory for color or product discrepancies.
  • Exchange and return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
